We understand the difficulties that many genuine visa applicants and their sponsors go through and how important it is to have the correct legal advice and support. Our immigration advisors have over 12 years of experience gained at the UK Border Agency as Immigration Officers and Entry Clearance Officers (Visa Officer) with the British Diplomatic Service and have worked at some of the busiest visa issuing posts in the world. Our main offices are based near London Gatwick Airport and our Immigration Lawyers cover all areas and counties of the UK including London, West Sussex, East Sussex and Surrey.

Please note that the financial support and accommodation requirements are very strictly enforced by the UK Immigration authorities. Inadequate financial and accommodation documentation is the most common reason for the refusal of UK Marriage, Spouse and Fiancée visas but here at UKSpouseVisaHelp.com we can help you overcome these difficulties. We can also provide clients with an Immigration Property Inspection Report for their UK Visa Application in order to meet the accommodation requirements under the Immigration Rules.
